VA Spec Trout

Looking for a fishing buddy as a safety line. I've never turtled, but I know it's a matter of time and winter fishing is not the time to be alone. Anyone around the Virginia Beach, VA area want a fishing partner. I know some good spots to fish and have four kayaks.
