Hi Perry, This will have to be an alternate entry, since it was caught by a yakker from a Whaler! Maybe tomorrow I'll get another entry! Thanks a million! Jerry

Baystalker,

Man, I wish we had stripers like that out here in the ocean off of So Cal on a regular basis!
Awesome! Once in a while a nice striper is caught in the surf off of Northern San Diego County.

This was my fishing report from that day.

We launched around 7 and headed to Rocky point in the Susquehanna Flats. Did not find much going on so we split up and started looking around in some shallower water for some warmer water. The temp at rocky point was like 44 and what we found was around 48 to 49. We worked a bunch or different lures hard and soft. Then my friend George found what they wanted, a yo-zuri Mag Minnow Red/Gold. After that we picked fish for the next few hr's. I ended the day with 8 fish 3 were 25 to 30lb. My friend George had 12 and a couple the same size as what I had. We had fish at the top of the tide and during the outgoing. We also lost a few, some were nice size fish to. We fished from 7 to 3

Here is another one for ya. This fish were caught on my lure in the Delaware Bay N.J. This was my report from that day. Not a yak pic but thought I would share.

Fished with RJM3 (Russ) and FishinFool (Joe) 3/31/04, we ended the day with 30 bass all on plugs and storm Shads. The wind was 10 to 15 and gusting higher, water temp around 47-49 water depth 12ft give or take and we fished the end of the incoming and beginning of the outgoing. I had 16 fish for the day and lost a few at the boat.
