Check out the Wilder Systems Tarpon 140 and Ride 135, also the Ocean Kayak Trident 13. Find a place that sells and rents kayaks. Take them out and test paddle your choices and try getting in and out of it to see which best suits your needs. Since you planning on diving from it, make sure you try getting in and out of them an the water before you purchase. Some kayaks are easier than others when it comes to that.
