Hit Huntington Harbor with my new friend Walter at about 8:30 The tide was turning I fished the weeds for a couple of bass Walter did the same until about 12:00 Walter had some home projects he needed done so he split and i continued fishing. I then started to catch about 5 or 6 miniature halibut.

I was trolling some deep diving lures and got slammed by a 18" corbina yes corbina on a plug!! I didn't know they ate 5" smelt I thought they ate shrimp and other creatures anyway great day with a new friend Walter,Walter the
Halibut hole is now a corbina/halibut hole

Only the corbina made it home with me. No other fish was killed today
