BBQing or Smoking

Anyone else here into lighting up the BBQ or smoker for some tri tips, briskets or poultry?? My wife wanted some turkey before the holidays, so this is what I came up with. All I can say is "It wasen't bad"...

I just joined here because I have become obsessed with the idea of kayak fishing but it is nice to find a bbq guy. Makes me feel at home. We light the grill or smoker with great regularity. Good looking grub.
