Re: Fish cleaning question
I prefer fillets but I guess it depends on how you want to cook it.

Re: Fish cleaning question
I would add to this if I could ever catch one
But, like Kobra said, it depends on how you want to cook it. I'd say, and just saying, I know there are 1000's of ways to do fish, but steaks make for good BBQ and filets are better for the frying pan. BUT thats just saying. They can be done in chunks in the smoker also. Soooo now if you want to bake your YT, you can do it eather way. Get the idea??? soooo many ways to cook, its just up to you, how you really like your fish. There are many cooking recipts on line that will make your mouth water. "Yani" has posted his fish dishes and it will make you jump into your computer screen to taste some. Lets us know when to come over and taste some |

Re: Fish cleaning question
I prefer to filet all my fish that I eat. I've had the steaks but bones are not a part of the food chart that I like to follow. You can grill flites just as easily as steaks, just make sure you use foil or non-stick grill spray. If you have never done so research cooking fish in a pouch, those are great also.

Re: Fish cleaning question
I agree with this part, otherwise, you'll make a mess.
