which rack system is best?

this is my first post to this forum and I was wondering if anyone knew what the name of the "goal post" rack system the guy with the Dodge Dakota truck has on his truck. The picture is in the current photo gallery titled "kayak rack". Did he fabricate it himself? Thanks in advance for any info.

There are a lot of them, I use the Bed Extender that I got at Harbor Freight. I added a 2" receiver hitch on the front of the truck and the bed extender to transport the rig in front of our fiver.
