la jolla ?

I'm new to Kayak fishing I've mostly just fished SD bay and local lakes my question is how can I tell where I can and can not fish in la jolla i don't want to fish in the restricted areas any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanking advance

If you're around a bunch of kayakers that look like tourists or in tandems...........all without fishing rods, it's a pretty good chance you are in the preserve. As far as I know the end of the preserve is marked by a white bouey can. The hotel on the corner is a good indicator that you are outside of the preserve and good to fish. This time of year it should be pretty easy to tell with all the other kayak anglers out there.
