Adam,

I would say yea, short distances should be no problem on grass or sand. Get a set of wheeles, makes thing so much easier. What kind of kayak do you have?

Take it easy!

Aaron

I was watching Harold at Southwind Kayaks repairing drag damage a few weeks ago - can be done but hard to repair perfectly. I see people dragging their kayaks across the sand and/or grass.

why not duct tape the side your dragging and maybe make it very slippery and it will be easy to drag over grass without the stains
although they will probably wipe off
