Wilderness Ride 115 max in Destin Offshore? Can it be done?

Hey im taking a trip to Destin FL at the end of march. Wondering if my wilderness RIDE115X MAX will be okay in offshore or in the bay area? I fish Primarily freshwater rivers and lakes. As well as my friends Ascend D10T the 10 ft sit on top kayak. Thanks.
