Ok, been fishing for 50 years asnd started yakking a couple of years ago, I fish lakes and rivers in the UK. I wanted an electric motor so I bought a Minn Kota 40 and bolted it to the rear of my PBG. It works a treat, quiet, smooth and very, very lazy.

Foot steering and speed control near seat on left.

Hope this helps Bb

Check out the Bassyaks Systems. (bassyaks.com). KFSupplies, the official store of AKF, is an authorized dealer for these systems. We sell and install them, they are pretty awesome. I will actually be putting on on my Commander 120 in the near future.

Bucketboy
I have the same set up but my speed controller makes the motor whine. What type of speed controller do you use?
Thanks in advance
