Default Belize in my future! Any recomendations appreciated

First Hello Perry! It has been a long time.

I plan to go to belize with my Son . Around March or April.
Any advice or tips are welcome.
Right now it looks like "Slickrock" adventures is my choice. They have 40 kayaks as well as a myriad of non fishing activities. All is from their own Island! Pretty cool huh? They have Bone Fish at their doorstep! I never fished them on a fly rod. The videos are super. id like a Tarpon too, but think they are out of reach for kayaks. Yes, I'd sure take one on bigger boat.
Jerry

PS: I am not a "kid"

Loved it down there, you will too.

That sounds great, their own Island!
I did a family trip, and arranged to put my hands on a kayak for some fishing. Inside of the reef the water is up to 30 ft - is all smaller stuff. Still fun. Outside/deeper are the biggn's - some grouper in the right time of the year on deeper under water cliffs. I never ventured pass the surf breaking on the coral reef. Wind can be gnarly, keep an eye. Shallow lagoons will have tarpon, bunch of bonefish, other stuff too.

Belize is a fun place to go visit. I'd go back.

Great post, thanks. What you say jibes with what I have learned.
Possibly I can take a kayak along on a small power boat?
I am happy with small fish, but id sure like to see a Tarpon!
