How to do a Future Beach Fusion 124 Modification

Just picked up a Future Beach Fusion 124 at a great price. Was going to do some modifications to make it a fishing craft. Has anybody modified this model?
Will the Seattle Sports type Flush Mount Holders work in this model (not too long?)or will only the scottys work. Any insight one what I can do or "watch out for". If someone has modified this model for fishing and has pictures that would be great.. thanks
