Custom Rod Wanted!!!!

I want to have a custom spinning rod made for $200 or less ..... can anyone on here make me one for that much ..... it will be for a Okuma Cedros CJ-80S ..... using it off Juno Pier for Kings,Bonita,Cobia ........ please post on here if you can make me one ....
