With the swell so small it was time scratch the Warner Ave area off the list so Andy and I launched at 6:15am into shore break at almost high tide under the eye's of the State Park Patrol.




We fished from 8 ft out to 20 ft working our way south to Westminester Ave at the start of the Ciffs. Big balls of bait everywhere, Dolphin and Seals all over the place. Paddled out to a bouy of Westminester in 30 ft of water then north back to 7th street where we were parked. No structure anywhere and only short bites. Beautiful day and an interesting landing at lower tide fighting the backwash and the deep dropoff at the beach. NO FISH but a great paddle.

An adventure fer sure! Always fun to fish somewhere new even when you get skunked!
