Built this cart using 1" schedule 80 PVC, which measures 1 1/4 OD and fits my F&D Scuppers perfectly.

Hardware Parts list

2-1/2" nuts & washers.
2- 1/2" copper sleeves.
2- 10" Tires (Harbour freight)

Only one problem. The scuppers are a weak point on a F & D and everyone I know who's used a scupper cart on a fish n dive has wound up with major leaks pronto! Guys like Hotchkiss, etc. He had to contact Cobra. I'm sure someone will put up a sad story here, based on personal experience! That's why I don't use a scupper cart on my F N D! I'm glad to see your enthusiasm, i just don't want you to ruin your yak! Sincerely, Piranha

Got the cart done , it took me about 2hrs , I made the cart alittle taller so I can get it up to my truck bed extender, in the picks I got it in cargo scupper , but I moved it to scuppers it back of the seat which are about a 10 in depth, its alot easier to load up my truck with this Cart now , thanks
