Default Tuesday CDM

Headed back to Carona Del Mar looking for some larger Calicos. Amish Ed tagged along

We launched at 5:45 and headed out the channel and south. By then it was grey light cloudy and cool, the water temp had droped a few degrees with wind offshore. Stopped at a few marks along the way and started working north along the inside hitting all the boilers along the way. Ed outfished me on the smaller legals with my count three boated and released

It is a beautiful shoreline

My fish came on the Uni Buttered Buggz and Flukes. I lost 5 fish that were pulling drag on the 12 lb long enough to wrap me in structure breaking me off. The weather was cool and the wind started so we headed back in 11:30. Paddled in the channel with the wind and tide against us. Decided to give the moored boats a shot made a couple of swift drifts with the wind and water moving the same way. One spottie feel for the buttered Razorback then off the water by 12:30.

The weather sure changed in 4 days except for the water it felt more like winter. Water temp outside 69ish and inside 73ish
