Tandem/Solo Recommendations

Greetings!

I'm looking for a touring/angler kayak that will serve well as a solo boat, but can also be adapted with an extra seat for a 2nd adult. I weigh 145 lb and the 2nd party will not weigh more than that. Would prefer a boat that is light-weight and not over 15'. I do not want an inflatable.

I want something that has pretty good secondary stability, as I would like to fish when I'm alone; possibly standing up. More interested in speed than maneuverability.

It would be used for fishing in Galveston Bay as well as lakes and rivers (no significant white water).

Any recommendations?
