Can someone help with identifying my kayak?

1) I need help identifying my kayak brand and model. I traded my shoreline fishing gear for this Kayak.

2) What's that large hole in the front called and where can I get a cover? (It's the one in front of where my feet sit.)

3) Does anyone know how to replace the handles. Mines is a Philipps head screw but it won't come out; it just spins when I tried to take the screws out.
