Looking for affordable, versatile fishing kayak

Have kayak fished a couple of times in salt water on a Walden Vista. Not super stable but moved well through the water and had a compartment in back that i could reach pretty easily. Looking to purchase a kayak for fresh water fishing but want something i can also use for exercise and longer distance paddling. For this reason, thinking that a sit inside model probably best. Also looking to keep the cost down. Would appreciate any advice about best options in the $200 to $300 dollar range.
