Kayak suggestion please

Hello everyone,
I would like a recommendation for a fishing kayak that would use for the following:

1.Mainly still water, windy conditions.
2.Flyfishing
3.Some sheltered saltwater paddling
4.Some rivers with max class 2 rapids - drifting downstream.
5.I'd like to be able to stand up and cast sometimes - i have good balance i snowboard! And i do this regularly in a canoe.
6.12' max, sit on top
