Forum software upgrade 9/14/08

FYI: We just upgraded forum software to the latest version.

This upgrade was necessary to address some newly discovered security vulnerabilities.

The version we're now running will not allow users to have "weak" passwords (for example: the password that matches their forum user name).

Upgrade process automatically detected and reset passwords for users that had weak passwords. Email was sent out to those users informing them of their new forum password.

If you have any problem logging in, please send email to

admin @ allkayakfishing.com (no spaces around the @ symbol).

Should you notice any problems/forum malfunctions, please post here and we'll address.
