We are watching the forecast and as of right now Saturday is going to happen. Projected winds are more of a concern than the large swells. The weatherman seems to get things wrong more than right so we are still very optimistic that conditions will be more than just tolerable. If things turn south look here for a cancellation. Everyone's safety is our first concern with everyone's enjoyment following second. Know your limitations, as we all have different levels of comfort when it comes to the elements. You can make the call Saturday, if you don't feel comfortable with the conditions, fish inside the harbor or we will also roll your entry to any of the remaining tournaments that you wish to attend this year. We don't want anyone exceeding their limitations.

We had hoped to have a Captains meeting the evening prior, but OEX Oside's moving and seminar host scheduling conflicts have made it impossible to do. We will be having the Captains meeting at 6:45 at the boat launch to go over everything including off limits military area of harbor. Launch is at 7A?M with check in starting at 5 AM

Can we ask to roll our entry fee to another tournament here instead of at the harbor if we decide in advance

Andy, when will we know if you are going call the tournament off? I'm all for making this tournament happen on Sat.

As of right now it is still on, check back tomorrow, as a 24 hour forecast is a little more reliable.

Cross your fingers right now the 10 day forecast has very stable conditions leading up to tourney day with sunny days and no rain mentioned for the next 10 days!

Looks like wind forecast is lessening but swell still high and rain in AM
