As of late I've just been fishing the piers and surf. Lots of leopards, rockfish, and some short halibut. Still awaiting my kayak which should arrive mid-week (40th present to self). :thumbup

We went with a Cobra Tandem so I can fish and take weekend coastal cruises with my wife (not simultaneously). It's this one from SDSC less the rocket launchers:

Cobra makes some good kayaks. I also have a tandem for hooping and family activities, and they love it :thumbup
