Sure thing. If you get sea sick on the boat, you will likely have the same problem on the kayak as well.

I personally never get sea sick, but I know a lot of kayakers that have to deal with it. From what understand, that patch you put behind the ear works the best. Dramamine pills are supposedly good too, but you've got to take it before you get out.

I am assuming since your worried about it, it may happen, here is what i do when I head out on boats. I take a bonine the night before and load up on the water intake, then take another about an hour before I get on the water! I hope this may work for you so that you can enjoy this great sport!!!

Don't worry about it. Just consider it chumming.

my sis has when we were riding it in camp(the first time we rode a yak)
its weird she never gets sick on a boat but the yak didnt allow her to do some stuff like you can do on a boat
such as walk around or stand up
so when she got sick she decided to jump off the kayak(she flipped it a few times before successfully get back on again,we didnt have any fishing gear)

I havent' gotten sick on a boat before so I don't know if I would on a Kayak. I have gone out twice now and neither time have I felt queezy. The second time was a 3 mile paddle to a neighboring island and I didn't have any problems. Good luck with it!
